Product Description & Ingredient InfoRMATION
Here you can find a basic description of each bonbon flavor. Each bonbon has a dark chocolate shell unless stated otherwise on the description below. If a bonbon has “crunch” in the name, then those will contain wheat products. Basic ingredients will be on the back of each box, if you have any questions about specific individual ingredients please reach out, via email, phone call or txt. If you have any severe food allergies, even though I am a highly trained chef, it is better safe than sorry, I do cook all types of foods in my kitchen so if you have a severe cross-contact allergy it would be better to order from another vendor.
Mexican Hot Chocolate
Decadent mixture of milk and dark chocolate, flavored with cinnamon and vanilla.
Yuzu Marshmallow and Passionfruit Caramel
Filled with a yuzu flavored marshmallow and a passionfruit caramel.
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Filled with a layer of strawberry pate de fruit, and a layer of almond butter.
Ruby Chocolate Strawberries and Cream
Filled with a layer of ruby chocolate strawberry ganache and a layer of Chantilly cream ganache covered with a white chocolate shell.
Dubai Pistachio
Filled with pistachio cream, tahini, shredded phyllo, white chocolate and coco butter.
Double Shot Espresso
Filled with dark chocolate flavored with a hefty amount of espresso beans.
Smoreo
If a smore and an oreo had a baby, this is it! Milk chocolate ganache, marshmallow and dark chocolate cookie crunch.
Butterscotch Pecan Crunch
Filled with a layer of butterscotch caramel and pecan praline.
Dubai Bar
Filled with a mixture of pistachio cream, tahini and shredded phyllo, white chocolate and coco butter.
Chai Caramel
Caramel flavored with chai.
Salted Espresso Caramel
Filled with a thick salted caramel flavored with espresso beans.
Lychee and Coconut
Filled with a layer of lychee pate de fruit and coconut flavored ganache covered in a white chocolate shell.
Orange Cardamom Caramel
Filled with a caramel flavored with blood orange zest and green cardamom.
